We collect information you provide directly: your email address when you sign up, investment preferences (monthly amount, risk profile, rebalancing schedule), and payment information processed securely by Stripe. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, feature interactions, and device information to improve our service.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and maintain the service, process your monthly investments, send you important account notifications, improve and personalize your experience, and comply with legal obligations. We never use your data to sell to third parties or for targeted advertising.
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for secure authentication and data storage, and Cloudflare for infrastructure and security. We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
Data Security
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption. We never store your bank credentials — all payment processing is handled by Stripe. Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare's global network with enterprise-grade DDoS protection and WAF security. We regularly review our security practices.
Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences (language, theme, currency). We use Intercom for customer support chat. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your investment data from the Settings page. You can close your account and request deletion of all your data by contacting support. We will respond to data requests within 30 days.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (such as transaction history for tax and compliance purposes).
Children's Privacy
Tashkialy is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the app. The updated policy will be effective when posted, and your continued use of Tashkialy constitutes acceptance of the changes.
