Description of Service
Tashkialy provides an automated investment platform that enables users to set up recurring monthly investments, choose asset allocations across multiple asset classes, and automatically rebalance their portfolios. Our service is designed for informational and educational purposes and does not constitute financial advice.
User Accounts
To use Tashkialy, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Investments and Risks
All investments carry risk, including the potential loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Tashkialy does not provide personalized financial advice. The asset allocations and risk profiles offered are general suggestions and may not be suitable for your individual financial situation. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
Fees and Payments
Monthly investment amounts are debited automatically on the 1st of each month via Stripe. Transaction fees from our payment provider apply to each investment. We will clearly communicate any fee changes in advance. You may pause or cancel your monthly investments at any time from the Settings page without penalty.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Tashkialy — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Tashkialy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our service without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Tashkialy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tashkialy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to investment losses.
Account Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you will retain access to withdraw any invested funds in accordance with applicable regulations.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the app. Your continued use of Tashkialy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Tashkialy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
